Cycling and MTB
Here are plenty of opportunities for the whole family for an active camping holiday.
Henne Strand is blessed with many bike paths. Additionally, there are ample opportunities to cycle by the beach, in the forests, and in the plantations. It is permitted to cycle on all paths and forest roads.
The 10 Spires – recognized mountain bike routes
Distributed throughout the country, 10 areas have been carefully chosen to test every taste and every level. These areas are called 'The 10 Spires' and together offer more than 200 km of MTB routes in the state forests.
Henne Strand has one of the 10 Spires in its backyard – namely Blåbjerg Dune Plantation. Under the recognized MTB area in Blåbjerg Dune Plantation, there are three mountain bike routes of varying lengths: the green route is 4 km, the black route is 7 km, and the white “marathon route” is 13 km. It is easy to find your way as the routes are marked with signs in the three colors, and all routes start from the parking lot at Blåbjerg itself.

Around Filsø
In Denmark, 27 different so-called panorama routes have been established – particularly attractive cycling routes. At Henne Strand, we have the Panorama route "Filsø". You can read more about the route at thedanishwestcoastroute.dk
The West Coast Route
Henne Strand Resort is located in the middle of the new national cycle route "The West Coast Route", which runs from Tønder to Skagen. So whether you are passing through or wish to "set up camp" for a longer period, you and your bicycles are very welcome.
