Morning Spa for Adults (16+ years)

From 8:00 am to 10:00 am there is a morning spa. During this time, you can enjoy the tranquility and companionship of other adults. Start the day with some exercise and body care. Here you can get wellness that encompasses your entire body and a sensory experience that nurtures your mind. Enjoy the subtropical warmth - the air is 32 degrees Celsius and the water is 30 degrees Celsius. Take your time and try all the wonderful baths and saunas.

Finnish Sauna

This sauna has a temperature of about 90 degrees Celsius and a humidity of less than 10%. The high heat relaxes the body and initiates sweat production.

Bio Sauna

This sauna has a temperature of about 55 degrees Celsius and a humidity of around 50%. This makes the heat in the bio sauna feel mild. The sauna has a mild scent and is a wonderful combination of the heat from a Finnish sauna with the humidity from a steam bath.

Infrared Sauna

The infrared sauna warms the body from within and increases blood circulation. It is especially suitable for sore joints and muscles as the heat penetrates deeply into the tissue.

Steam Bath

Classic steam bath with up to 100% humidity. The steam has a gentle scent, and the moist warmth softens your body and muscles. The steam opens the skin's pores and helps the skin eliminate waste substances. Additionally, the steam bath is the perfect place to give yourself a body scrub, a facial peel, and a hair treatment. It is advantageous to apply the products in the steam bath. Stay in the steam as long as it is comfortable, and when you come out, you can take a turn under the sensory shower. Remember to rinse off the products thoroughly before moving on.

Sensory Shower

Drops of well-being and jets of massage. The sensory shower comes with therapeutic aroma, light, and sound.

Sauna Infusion (Saunagus)
Sauna infusion is an aromatherapeutic experience that cleanses the body of waste substances and provides renewed energy. It occurs when a "Gusmester" (infusion master) pours essential oils on the glowing stones in the sauna and wafts the scent of the oils around the sauna with a towel. We hold sauna infusions regularly – so keep an eye on the activity calendar or download our activity app.
