Pamper body and mind! If you need self-care or are struggling with ailments and soreness, massage and wellness treatments are an effective way to strengthen body and mind. Lark Nest Henne Strand Resort now offers various massage and wellness treatments. A lovely and tranquil environment has been created on-site, where professional therapists are ready with wellness, therapeutic, and body massages.

VARIOUS FORMS OF WELLNESS

At Henne Strand Resort, you will find several forms of wellness – in addition to massage and wellness treatments – we offer different saunas where you can loosen your muscles while you relax: Finnish sauna (85-95 degrees), Bio sauna (55-65 degrees), or Infrared cabin.

In the Indoor Pool and Spa, you will also find a spa and cold-water showers. The Indoor Pool and Spa has a subtropical warmth – the air is 32 degrees, and the water is 30 degrees.

Please note that the saunas and Indoor Pool and Spa are closed from week 2 to week 5 inclusive.
