Right of Cancellation and Refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following terms:

 

You can choose between basic, flex, or premium. The choice must be made at the time of booking. It will not be possible to switch to another service after the first payment.

 

Terms for Changing Your Stay

1. With Basic, you do not have the option to rebook, cancel, or get a refund for your booking if you are prevented from attending.

3. With Flex, you can rebook and cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of 100 DKK per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are valid from the day the change is received by the landlord. The amount of the Flex package is not refunded in case of rebooking or cancellation.
4. With Premium, you can rebook and cancel until 12:00 noon the day before arrival. However, please note that there is an administration fee of 100 DKK per change, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made in writing and are valid from the day the change is received by the landlord. The amount of the Premium package is not refunded in case of rebooking or cancellation.

Changes to a booking refer to cancellation, change of accommodation type, or dates of your stay. You are, of course, always welcome to change the number of people or other add-ons without having to pay an administration fee. Please note that basic, flex, and premium is a dynamic service calculated based on the total amount for your stay.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Please note that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Contracts Act’s rules on the right of withdrawal. The sale of accommodation (cabins, holiday homes, camping, etc.) is covered by a special exemption provision in the Consumer Contracts Act Section 18 Subsection 2 No. 12. Therefore, the booking made is not covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal.

PAYMENT

Prepayment for Pitch

• Installment of 25% is paid upon booking.
• The remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid upon booking.

Prepayment for Rental Unit

• Installment of 50% is paid upon booking.
• The remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For reservations made later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid upon booking.
